We've yet to ask Eugene much about weather.
In light of the regularly noted social media posts claiming humans via contrails (are part of a global, secret, large scale effort to spray chemicals into the atmosphere for various alleged reasons), HAARP, cloud seeding, SAI (stratospheric aerosol injection) for SRM (solar radiation management), doppler radar arrays and other technology are 'controlling the weather':
What do you think of the claims that humans can and do control large scale Earth weather patterns?

Why is the surface 10,000 F and the Corona 2 million degrees in F. Maybe 1000 miles difference? What is going on up in the Corona? Increase temp = friction ? Dan what do you think??
