Some RX TX Telecommunication and Other Vintage Electronic Equipment

I have some rather interesting equipment that either I dont know how to use or what to do with them. Some I dont even know what they are. I believe many are from the large telephone towers.
I have Master Oscillator , BB 2Pac and 4pacm, Comanche Radio, Tubes, Microwave testing equipment,, DCDC converters, DC Power Supplies, Lots of Large Mosfets, Winding Wires, Coils, Transistors, Diodes, and a Bunch IDK what they are.

3 DC Power Supplies Large Rack type. Lots of Full Bridge Rectifier, Large Capacitors, Attennas, BUS barn CB Radios, Plus many boxes of IC chips (Plastic sleeves full).

was told this oscillator will affect all phones in the local area.
