I'm new to your forum but thought it might be nice to say that I can feel for the people of Texas who have endured the bitter cold weather that caused them to suffer due to blackouts that should have not occured. I lived through the 1973 Ice Storm that struck Atlanta and spent a over a week without power and water. It will not make your suffering any easier but one must remember, it could have been worse. The 1949 winter was horrible.
