What if ? All the recent sunspots popped up in an earth facing direction? Kp8+
if my prediction is right we will call to Kotowski effect. Blackouts all over the world. Chaos and Mayham. Yet the house and senate will be tucked safely underground.

Sunspots don't change the KP index.
You need CME strikes or high speed coronal hole solar wind for that.
