Pardon the sarcasm, but two monopolies have fallen in a single year.
That’s good news, since the internet needs competition to these monopolies.
While many of the same complaints against Alphabet and Meta can be made against Tik Tok, this is an indication of a bright future for the internet. Accountability always comes one way or another!
This is real progress, unlike the pathetic disinformation, electioneering, and censorship of these ‘platforms’ which do not uniformly apply their ‘terms of service’ and farcical ‘community guidelines’.
