There’s likely an Earth- directed coronal mass ejection incoming. We expect a strong impact late day (universal time) on April 4th.
Preliminary analysis indicates this is a halo CME, consistent with ejecta being just slightly west of Earth’s current position. We currently anticipate that this will be a nearly direct hit, with possible KP8 GEOMAGNETIC STORM CONDITIONS.
