No high seas, no strong rotation, and a weakening system is moving over cooler water as I type. Here’s (source: windy.com) the most current situation, and while it will drop nearly 18″ snow (as forecasted days ago) on Eastern Massachusetts- most effect will be from snow but not high winds.
